front speaker size

hey guys, who's replaced their front speakers?

what size are the factory ones? 10cm? 4inch?

Yeah I replaced mine, 4inches. I just put them in behind the orginal grill bits coz I didnt wanna hack up my door cards. I couldnt say if mine were the orginal speakers though...I think the ones in it were clarions....head unit was def stock.

New ones are the previous model of these

awesome! someones put 5.5inch speakers in the rear and done a pretty okay job of it so i'll replace those with 13cm jobbies in the holes they've cut, and then put some 4" in the front.. WAY to small to get decent sound but its not the quietest cabin anyway so i'm not too fussed

would like to put my 10" sub in the boot but the weight is a bit of a killer to a car this light

Clarion is stock OEM equp. 4 inch (if shallow or glass may not go all the way down. Or 5.5 inch if on top of the door cards better option)
