Dent in panel above rear wheel, beside back light

What are the chances of me fixing it (or at least making it look slightly better) myself?

Is it possible to get behind that panel and popping the dent back out?

It has a crease and a few scratches, so it'll need repainted too. Can anyone recommend a kit for this?

Posting a photo may help might must be a case of popping the rare door card of and pushing it I got a dent puller from pound land thinking hey ho worth worth a try for a pound....... it was brilliant x
