This will shock a lot of people, however there is times in one's life that sacrfices must be made. I have had to shift my focus financially, and so as a result I am selling my turbo set up to one lucky customer.

I will not be converting the car standard or any such thing. It will just be stored until things get a little more financially stable and I'm able to rebuild the little beast bigger and better.

Basically I need the cash, and yes this was a very difficult decision. One of the hardest ever.

So Below you will find various posts with pictures and such of the various parts mentioned below.

The Kit WILL NOT be broken down into parts. Sold as a complete set up only. It has pretty much everything you need bar wiring and engine management.

It includes:

- Custom Inlet manifold
- Larger throttle body (50mm)
- 400cc top feed injectors
- Billet fuel rail
- Custom throttle linkage
- Rising Rate Fuel Regulator
- 280 L/hr fuel pump
- Most engine bay fuel lines, fittings, clamps etc
- Oil catch can
- 1 bar (15psi) Map Sensor (for tuning with out an air flow meter)
- 5 Wire Lambda sensor
- T25/28 Hybrid Garret turbo
- K&N Filter to suit
- Custom built turbo exhaust manifold
- 2.5" dump pipe to cat exhaust
- Polished stainless steel heat shield
- Custom Modified sump with turbo oil return fitting and windage tray
- Braided high pressure oil lines and fittings for turbo oil supply
- Custom Front mount Intercooler, including all mounting brackets
- All intercooler piping (mild steel) including clamps and silicone joins, Chrome Intake pipe, Others powder coated.
- Blow Off Valve
- Polished Alloy Rocker Cover
- Custom Clutch and flywheel
- Modified Distributor to suit aftermarket management computer
- Dayco Belt to suit CG13 with no aircon or power steer
- Spare Gearbox with 170000km
- Driveshafts

All you will need is some hours to bolt everything up, add one computer (not supplied) and you have a turbo micra. Believe me when I say this is an absolute bargain compared to buying it all yourself. Go down the list and add up how much all the parts are worth.

This kit is all you need to convert to turbo, with the setup having previously made 121kw @wheels on 8psi on the mainline dyno here in Heatherbrae NSW.

The price? $3250 NEGOTIABLE

Complete Kit, no separating parts.

Located in the Newcastle Region NSW

For info you can contact me or my mechanic (ULL-00Z) through pm off this forum or by phone.

Why are you cluttering up his thread then? If you're not asking a question regarding the item or going to purchase it, don't fkn post.

Sorry Geoff, that's just been pissing me off lately. Surprised as hell to see it sold up after you seemingly just got it all going and everything. It's unfortunate to see you sell up after all the hard work. Good luck with the sale.

Edit for littlebear: Yeah the above statement was a bit of a double-standard but I figured I'd try to justify the post with more than just the statement for Marshal.

So deNs what was your pertinent question you had for Geoff after caning Marshal? :D Sorry mate had to.

Geoff I have a question—do you have wiring details and ECU setup detail that can be passed on too?

Yo Geoff as a massive fan of this particular setup i'm not having a go, but without the ECU to run this on a stock micra motor, its not really complete right? Or would it have to be tuned for the same amount of time anyway?

buy a micra tech or something similar 1400 installed and tuned.good pc for cheap skates!

HOW much more complete can you get comes with every bolt, clamp , pipe you need.

I am under the impression this is a for sale add, not a discussion!!

If you are not interested in the sale keep the comments to your self
and stop wasting peoples time.

So is that a response to the add mate? Sounded like only discussion to me! Every thread is a discussion, this is a membership site, not the trading post. Lighten up guys. **** it.

well seeing as everyone else isn't interested either.. but has actually asked a valid question.. i'm going to aswell.. does anyone have a dyno sheet? all 3 links above say power figures anywhere from 95kw - 110kw from 7-10psi.. just wondering if all the results that you've gotten are from the same dyno, same fuel or? anywho, a dyno sheet would probably help your sale too.. what sort of plenum is included? didn't you just have an adaptor plate for the throttle body? imo, pretty useless selling the map sensor and 02 sensor with the kit.. should keep it with the ecu for the next round of stuff or whatever

The intake is the standard one that has had the plenum area modified to clean things up internally and make it flow better. Yes there's an adaptor plate made up and some type of Toyota throttle body attached. I only know it's a toyota because that's the Brand of Throttle Position Sensor that I sourced to fit.

As for the sensors, All I know is that they're worth around the $200 mark and thought the buyer might be saved some time running around sourcing new ones.

No I don't have a dyno sheet, it was never printed off. Was one of those things I always planned to get it back for another power run after the exhaust was done, the raditator fitted etc etc. It blew up first.

If a dyno sheet was provided and you bought the kit, fitted it and made more or less power, would this really be a comparison to anything?

At the end of the day these parts will go a long way towards completing a turbo conversion. With a hundreds of hours of development and customising taken care of already.

This whole conversion took 12months to complete in the first place because of the unique nature of turbo charging a Micra. You ring somewhere and ask them a question and the first thing they do is laugh and then say "nup can't help you" - too hard basket.

That is what I see the appeal of buying something like this to be.

Not sure what happened with the quote thingy there, guess I deleted something that shouldn't have been. And now I can't edit it. Just read carefully and you'll see the answers in there.

I have a wiring diagram from the EMS manual... but it'd only be one that would be similar to the one that will be provided with whatever management you choose to use.

Sorry I took a while to reply on this one, but I had to check what I had on file.

"What kind or brand of ecu would i need?

You would be best suited to buy an EMS stand alone computer of some description. They offer models from the Stinger, 4860, 6860 and 8860. In Ascending order in price and features.

The Stinger you can get your hands on for around 1200 bucks I paid around 3000 for the 8860 and hand controller for easy tuning on the fly. You will need to specify a N13 pulsar wiring loom which can easily be adapted to the micra. You can also get a N13 Pulsar Base map installed on the ECU when supplied. I can also provide my tune as a base map, which will only require checking and touching up on your dyno tune. Saving you bucks in tuning time.

The distributor included is already modified to interface with an EMS so it makes sense to use that brand. That said any stand alone computer could be made to work with enough time on the dyno. But the hard work's been done already to set it up with an EMS.

Please note that I have ammended the ad at the top of the post to include a spare gearbox (170,000km) and driveshafts as I have purchased newer items for my car to replace these.

Also I am now open to offers and negotiation on the price.
