Clock Light

Does anyone know if the clock in the Nissan Micra K11 Vibe shoukd illuminate? I cant remember weather mine ever did or not, If it is supposed to does anyone know what type of bulb it is and where I can get one from. Also on the ballache scale how hard is it to change?

It's an easy job, disconnect the negative battery terminal, remove the speedo dash panel then disconnect the dials. At the back of these you should see alot of twist bulb holders, remove the one behind the clock, mine had a little picture of a clock on it, switch the bulbs over and put everything back together.

286 bulbs are what you want, you get them almost anywhere and in any colour, got mine from ebay.

How many 286 bulbs are there in the dash? Are there others anywhere would benefit from colour led replacements?
