Cigarette Lighter Max Output

Hi there, I was wondering what the max amount of things you can have plugged into the cigarette lighter is?

I have a hub that extends it to 2 cigarette lighters + 2 USB ports and I was wanting to get these LED lights for under the foot wells. Would I be able to use the LED lights and charge my phone at once or would that blow a fuse?

chuck in a bit more for the loses in the stepdown, so call it 5amps.

At least they aren't underbody lights. guessing most on here aren't old enough to remember fitting neon strips under sills.
