Armrest question ?

I've just purchased my first micra a 1999 1.3 gx 5 door, so far so good & fun to drive.

I was wondering if a central armrest accessory exists which could be fitted as I'm used to this from previous cars.

there was a center armrest available in japan. a couple of guys on here have em (napster and babyboom i think). rare to find but straight fit. i think

I could go for either the 4x2 option :laugh:
or a custom made job - but if they are rare maybe they are expensive?
I don't want to spend too much.

I don't mind going down the breakers yard and messing about with an armrest from another motor to get it to fit.
Just wondered if anyone had tried.

think they go for about £40 or so on the japanese auctions...depends really, then shipping etc which id figure would be heading towards an amount youd rather not pay

have a look on ebay, any armrest could be made to fit, look at this one.

I've got a few ideas from that one and others I've just seen on ebay, I'll head down the breakers yard and see if I can spot some of them and check out measurements.

yeah. its actually really functional Craig! my arm just sits on it to change through some of the gears. its comfortable too.
passangers use it too.
