Hi Guys,
once again i need help,
on my K10 i have an alarm with imob and cl and its a silicon alarm.

my dad has a louder siren than mine :(

i looked at my siren it says 12VDC 15W, i have had a look on ebay
some either say 12V 15W which is the same, or some only mention th DB,

what can i get that will be louder than my current one,

and my current one has 2 wires and is a 6 tone!!
Can i run two sirens?? How will i then wire it???
When they sound the same tones or will it be something mixed and stupid???

Thanks Guys!!

I KNOW SOMEONE CAN HELP!!!

hmm,
but how will it sound, will it just sound the horn once,
cuz the one i have (siren) is a 6 tone, with differnt sounds, and after a while it stops?!?!? i dont know,

what will happen?

Exactly the same as the horn but it will keep sounding in the same rhythm as the existing alarm, but u should wire them in together so u get both. That way, say if it gives a warning tone before it goes off (if someone say get's too close to the car) it will use the existing higher pitch tone first, that way the horn won't sound unless the alarm actually goes off.

PS; I'm no pro so this may not be 100% accurate, i'm sure someone else will reply to the thread soon tho!!!

I know some alarms are attached to the horn, there was one at donny which kept going off. however depending on the alarm, if it outputs one constant voltage to the siren, the horn would just remain 'on', in one long tone with no interruptions. You'd need an alarm which outputs to the siren with pauses... im not too clued up on all this either tho
