Spark Plugs: which one?

NGK LFR5AP-11 or NGK

LFR5E-11?​

many people talk about iridium spark plugs. i will like to know the reference for an Iridium one? which iridium spark plugs do you actually use? thanks.​

is the Denso IKH16 the right plug code for an Iridium to fit the K12?​

what about the Genuine Nissan Spark Plug (Part No. ​

22401-BC01B)? iridium / platinum / normal?

Engine Oil:
Can i use Motul 5W30 8100 Excess Full Synthetic? im currently using Shell HX7 10W40

Automatic Gear Oil:
its also time to change the gearbox oil. i will like to know which ATF do you people use. should i use Multi ATF or Dexron III ATF? thanks.

oops completely forgot to mention that its a 1.2 CR K 12 thanks.

For the transmission, the ESM states 'Genuine Nissan ATF fluid' or 'Dexron III'. The plugs it recommends are NGK LFR5AP-11 or Champion REC10PYC4 - both platinum tipped. Correct oil viscosity id 5w/30, I'd go for any decent brand of fully synth .

Thanks for advice. how much gear oil will i need? the ESM says 7.7 litre with torque converter.. i didn't find how much gear oil will i need when changing it cuz im not changing the whole thing, just the oil.

the spark plugs (nissan part no: 22401-BC01B) are not platinum tipped but copper ones (ngk LFR5E-11). the seller confirmed that.

in the service kit off ebay the oil filter part no: 15208-70J00 .. guy the part no. on your website is slightly different (15208-9F600) .. which part no should i consider?.. local dealer says another part no: (15208-53J00). well at least all starts with 15208 lol
