OK checked the earths and they all seem OK and can't find a dim-dip relay on my car so that rules that out. I don't think it's the stalk because if I turn the lights off without the ignition being on then they do turn off, it's only when the ignition's on that I get problems.

Thanks for the info guys, the Nismo ones are a bit pricey for my needs. On my other car I polybushed my own mounts with a bag of poly from RS Components for £8. It's a pain in the backside though as it takes a couple of days to set properly which means the car's off the road in the meantime.

I think the engine mount on my 1.0 litre is worn so am thinking of replacing it. It's a bit early at 44k on the clock but I think my car did a lot of town driving before I got hold of it. Anyway, are there any upgrades available or can I use a mount from a 1.3 if it's any stronger? You can...

Sorry to resurrect an old thread now, but I just got hold of a Haynes manual now and it says 1.1mm, not sure why there would be a difference between one book and another.

Just for reference, I went to my local garage and they looked in the book and quoted 1.1mm. Plugs are in and the car runs fine.
