Is there any negative effect on the vehicle driving it with the EGR disconnected? I wont be able to look at it properly until Saturday.

Same problem as another thread, gears are a bit clunky, probably more noticable when cold. Its going in for a service next week (Not Nissan obviously) so my get the mechanic to change the oil. 54 plate micra diesel, its done 35K, anyone know when it should be changed and what oil to use?

Hello, I need another keyfob. I have had a look on e-bay but the only one I can see is a second hand one. Got me thinking, can you reprogram an old one. I might go to a breakers and buy one and get it reprogrammed. I realise this is a nissan only job but they want 180 quid for a new one...
