How do you do this on a K10? Cos' mine sometimes needs loads of revs to pull off properly.

There'll be some adjustment on the alternator... (IF the ALT and PS pump are on the same pully). Adjust all slack out on the ALT and it should stop. Stu.

Because the pads/shoes got low, the pistons were extended out further than normal. Therefore, the fluid has gone nowhere, only down the tubes and so on as it should do. Remember though, get a turkey baster or something to hand when replacing the brake pads as when you retract the pistons, the...

As above, tighten the belt or replace with a new belt. Also, good practice to check the fluid level, obviously. Stu.

When my brake pads on the K10 got low, the light started appearing when I went around rooundabouts and so on. Topped the fluid up and it stopped. However, when I changed the pads, there was too much fluid so I had to use a turkey baster!! Lol. :suspect:

The K10's I've seen with the bins, have them at the front of the door... The SGL I butchered up in Sheffield had them, but they were brown :( But they looked quite smart and gave a nice amount of space to mount a decent speaker.

Unfortunately, upon looking about on the web, I can't find a picture. But they are available and look very discreet. Plus, I've only ever seen them in Grey... So, keep looking. Most K10's came with a single speaker system which is crap... (What mine has)... So the previous owner has fitted...

Of course, higer ranking K10's like the SGL and GS models had speakers built into the door bins in the front, so it could be easier to find a higher spec K10 in a scrap yard and utilise the front door bins... Also, the rubber tubing in between the door and frame near the front to hide the wires...

This is quite good! There's some really unusual parts there that Nissan can still get in from Japan. Under the "MISC" section, new original Micra tool kits are avaialble for £20 + VAT. Nissan Badges for the K10 Phase One Grilles are also available. AND, I found out what colour 104 stands for...

Lol. I regularly fill it to the brim and run it to the absolute empty. So, I'll stop doing that for a start. It's nothing big in the fuel filter, just grit and gunge. Doesn't look rusty as such. But I'll take out the "Big Bits" filter and keep my eyes on it!
