Hi all I have a red 2000 k11 that after 7 years of ownership and almost 150,000 miles (110,000 I done) going for parts or if any one wants to take the whole car I'm not fussy just let me know what you want and I'll make up some prices

I thought as much do a electrical fault thinking about it I'm hoping its not too serious I smelt burning the other day and dismissed it as the clutch as that's shagged to I think

so i was on my way to work this morning and got stuck in traffic and my 2000 micra decided to start overheating because the fan is not kicking in like it should. my first thought was the thermostat, but i would expect the car to overheat when not in traffic also. am i right in thinking this and...

The only time my oil light ever came on was when I topped it up and forgot to put the cap back on oops..... Got home to a nicely oiled engine bay

I think it might be the original so 12 years and 155,000 miles lol, i don't have any clutch burning smells though

Maybe it's not the cat then any ideas what my problem could be?

No can still rev it right up stationary it just struggles to get up to speed and then when it get to 65-70 won't go any quicker and sounds like its going to explode lol

My car won't do more than 70mph and I suspect a blocked cat has any one experienced this what are common symptoms also the emissions are really high it only just passed last week on its MOT

Finally got this all welded and I'm now back on the road turns out the mot testers were being really picky as they were done by vosa about a car they passed a couple of months back that was not welded correctly

I put silver foil tape over the led in mine so you can't see it I had my mot just over a week ago and nothing was said

Recently changed my front cross member and bolted the new one in and had it welded and took it back for its mot and there saying it needs welding all underneath aswell now I don't recall removing any welds under there as I didn't even jack up the car can any one shed some light on this for me...

One time ago the the headlight connector blocks melted on my k11 facelift and I just stuck some speaker connectors on them instead however after removing the headlights recently I can't remember what colour wire goes where can any one help me please Cheers

They still spin freely though. there not binding there just making a little bit of noise i would expect this to be normal

There's a couple on eBay I typed in micra brace and it was the bottom two listings I think there second hand but for a fiver can't go wrong
