hi, basically when i turn the wipers on they will not stop, they only stop if i take the fuse out or turn the car off, it is not the stalk because in trying to find the problem i broke this and replaced it any ideas of advice?

stripped my engine today after snapping the cam belt and at the moment appear to be pretty lucky, the only damage seems to be to 3 of the exhaust valves are busted, any idea where i can get these? thanks sam
