Thanks.... So they have a switched earth....should they still work when you connect them across a battery? It could be the wiper stalk/switch too couldn't it....any way to test it? Also any way to see if the motor is getting an earth? (Y)

Hi Do you need to remove the bearing nut to take off the rear brake drum? If so what the correct procedure to tighten it back up? Thanks

Thanks Frank.... But this has power steering,no idler. I done a search,didn't come up with a definite answer,just that it's a bolt somewhere under the p/s pump.

Howdy :laugh: I would like to know how to remove the water pump/power steering belt.I could not see a tensioner? Could somebody point me in the right direction!!! Thanks a lot.
