Thanks, obviously I would drain the oil first but there is always a certain amount that gets out from the filter and i can just see it making a mess. I will try and get at it from the top then I guess?! Would be sooooooo much easier I am sure, if I had an inspection pit! Thanks again. Jon

Stereo Thanks for that. As the arial connector was different, and I did not have an adapter, I did not plug it in so I am guessing that was the reason why it didn't fire up! How annoying. Will have another go tomorrow and see how I get on. Many thanks Jon
