just returned after putting it back together again and driving for the last hour... i think the problem is fixed... its very smooth now... idles normal... ( i reset it when the box was off it ) and drove it waiting for the problem to occur... but is gone and hopefully clear now :) the other...

i have cleaned all of the connections on loom and re-soldered the afm... left sealant to dry overnight... going to take for a test drive this morning...

i'll draw up the scenario here... once the engine is at proper operating temp ... will be cruising along.. then suddenly ( not always ) will feel a mild power loss ( similar to turning on air con ) As if the timing gets pulled back and goes retarded... and as i pull up to a stop... it overfuels...
