I have this manifold, it's good quality and durable. The exhaust pipes does not go in a smooth line but are wide enough for low boost turbo. Here's a picture of mine:

Thanks, our Nissan guy can get the conrods shot peened and some make custom bolts for the conrods (he also suggested this to make it more reliable). He also suggested to get the shot peened conrods weighted and make them equal weight by drilling them. I don't think this is necessary but maybe...

Thanks, haven't found that topic yet. Can anyone else conform that high rpm can bend or brake the conrods, and with a turbo on high boost (for example 1 bar (or 14 psi)) the stock conrods can handle that amount of power?

Indeed, only the Almera, the Primera has a 1.6 engine.

In Europe there are some Nissan types which has the GA15 engine. The Nissan Almera and the Nissan Primera (not sure) are types with the GA15 engine, but they are also rare in the Netherlands. Maybe some scrapyards (try "Van Deijne" http://www.deijne.nl/)

I'm planning to order a 2mm head gasket for my K11 turbo, but I don't know which material the best is for the gasket. I can choose between aluminum, copper or metal. The turbo going to run on about 8 - 10 psi on a CG13DE. Which material shall I choose? Thanks.
