i have just started to have the same problem, mine only misses an splutters at a certain temp and certain rev range ( 2000-4500 rpm) when u put in the clutch an rev the tits off it, it seems to pick up ok. i have resoldered an it makes no diffence. Anyone help????????

it all about the 1.3 ive just got a k and n and an cat back powerflow exhaust and all the wadding removed from the carpets and i did a 8.5 0-60 that was with the standard wheels on, which i must say helps for speed so much compared to my gay 15's

yeh i got it checked and the guy reckons could be water in the lifters as they are hydraulic! dunno how hard these are to get at dunno yet if i have to take the cams off totally?

can anyone tell me how much of a mission is it to replace the head off a 1.0 and fit it to a 1.3 what will i need to change? eg manifolds etc does it take a long time? i think this is my best option because ever since going through a big puddle its been making a really loud tapping/ knocking...
