Don't see a reason why they shouldn't. There were no changes to the body of the car. I'm not sure if pre-facelift has mounting holes for the electric motor, might have to make some for the rivets. Also why not just buy electric window conversion kit? Those are easier to install and work a treat.

Hopefully I'm not too late, I will gladly buy them if they are still available.

Had the same issue, doors were misaligned and would clunk when shut (or even not close if car is parked on a curb without lifting the door up). I did exacly what karlj said, didnt use a jack though. No need to be honest. Just open the window, lossen the bolts, get you shoulder into the window...
