Hey pollyp that is exactly what I was quoted by humphris, it's just a shame that I have only one broken ring on one piston (1 out of 20) if it's what I have to get then fair enough.

Hi there guys, I am trying to get hold of a set of rings for one piston on an engine rebuild I'm currently half way through, I just wondered if there is any other outlet that you may know of other than humphris who only sell a set for 4 pistons? Thanks. James.

I managed to fit Vauxhall Corsa coilovers to my pao without too much work, that being said I have a k11 front end disc brakes, engine, gearbox etc. Not sure how they would go on a full k10 pao.

Hi there R Works, as far as I am aware Nissan or eBay/Japanese auction sites are the only places left to go. The only aftermarket parts I know of are all mechanical as they are shared with the K10 Micra.

Hi there rob, unfortunately the carb was the first thing to go. Yes a k10 carb should fit as both the pao and the Micra use the ma10 engine.

Haven't posted on here in a while, but the engine in my converted pao has given up the ghost So I'm after a relatively low mileage engine (cg13 1.3 16v) from a k11 Nissan Micra to replace it with. I would also like to try and tune it up a little bit maybe.

It is indeed the one and the same. To be fair that was one of my first original thoughts after I had tested all the other things, I'm guessing that ECU is knackard then it looked like Ed had modded it so I may well have to get him in again.

Hey there @frank and @wehey I have tried disconnecting the fuel pump and also putting a small amount of fuel in the throttle body but nothing, it just continues to turn over. as for the ecu i'm not sure if its pre nats or not. I'll attach a pic. It was swap was done by fusion who i believe...

No smell of fuel, but I'll give it a try.

Really sorry to hear about this fabster, I'm doing a lot of welding on mine and and I'll be extra careful now. Can't help with the parts though.

Presently getting my arse in gear and getting it back on the road after a two year hiatus. I'll get some updates up once its all getting a bit more sorted.

If you trawl the web long enough you can find copies of Nissan FAST (there electronic parts catalogue) to install if you have windows, and that has the whole lot with exploded diagrams etc. It also has the k10 so you can see what matches. But it still doesn't tell you what is still available though.
