So I got offered a 1985 Saab 900i take it or she gets scrapped, what can u do ? Mot passed advisorys for no plate and oil leak. here are my 2 ladys together. The Saab needs some work but like the my Micra she will a running work in progress :)

engine is spot on so is the gearbox, body panels are good for 20 year old car, paint is surprisingly good too. its just the cills that are the issue and ive just taxed her, think I answered my own question. get the money together and have her welded up.

Been busy moving house (hate it) and im now using my Micra for a 30 mile round trip to work each day. Anyway had a prod about underneath and shes going rotten on her outer sills , shes a sunroof model :( Also back axle has seen better days looking a little rusty. Apart from the outer sill issue...

Ungrateful little **** I had a mini 850 bought for me by my dad was Austin Sh*t brown seriously bad colour but I loved that car, the micra isn't that far off the original mini, so whys it uncool? they are great little cars, very reliable for the most part, mine is used everyday takes me to work...

Thanks, if I get them for a good price on ebay I will get the adaptors, not to everyones taste but I they are something a bit different.

Never fitted different wheels to car, what would I need to do it ? Can I find adaptors to fit Ford wheels to a Micra? The wheels are here

The welding is typical, rear of car either side before wheel arch is a known rot spot, mines been welded and ive now filled the section up with waxoil.

Shes work in progress gets done as and when I have spare cash, im saving for some nice wheels and to lower her.
