update: couldn't get an answer from that guy and sick of waiting and looking everywhere, so decided to pay the €120/£104 for a second hand distributor. after installation, the car gave some resistance in starting, keep trying it until it finally started... the spark plugs were probably wet...

hey, I found that the ignition coil of the P11 Primera 1.6 from 96 to 2001 also fits micras distributors. it seems there's less demand for them compared to micras, so that means lower prices. I found one cheap but the guy is asking how many pins the distributor has... can anyone confirm how...

Hi, I bought a K11 Haynes manual and decided to scan it all to PDF, since there is none online. The scan is not perfect, I've done it in my spare time at work so couldn't be worried about perfection. I think it serves it purpose as it is. I still need to scan one page that is faded...

mine has that gap also and I did managed to find the piece from a friends k11, that went to scrap... however, the seal is so loose by now that the plastic bit can't hold the rubber anymore. I'd also like to get a workaround on fixing that.

That's what I've done to mine, used araldite and it's working great since.

Very nice EBB! Great achievements you got with that DIY and I agree with the statement: "knowledge rule.... not the wallet" but... most people don't have the knowledge and tools to climb that stair, so, wallet to the rescue :) even though I bet some would like to have that knowledge, myself...
