Hi. My name is John Evers and I work for Nissan Canada as a Technical Specialist. Basically, I am one of three people in Canada who troubleshoot technical problems on Nissan and Infiniti vehicles that cannot be solved by Nissan technicians in the field. I worked as a Nissan licensed mechanic and service manager for 20 years before taking on this role, and worked on many, many Micras in my time on the shop floor.
