Recently i had problem in my cars water pump and thermostat and i replaced both. Engine got heated up little bit before i found the problem so after replacing the above two the cars runs alright but just yesterday i notice a increase in the coolant level in the coolant tank and a slight decrease...

One of my friend give me some rubber spacers which are 1" thick, Will that fit in the spring housing at the bottom side and will the housing have space left so that after fitting the spring we will be sure that it doesn't come off the housing through vibration or if you jump a pothole.

I am trying to lift my k11 1 inch up at the rear does any body know how to do that.

normally every 6-8 months i change oil and oil filter and during this period i dont need to top up oil only thing is that it gets black very quickly say after change it takes 1 -2 wks to change colour. and recently i top up the coolant it was to the max level from april last year when i bought it.

no blue smoke its very light grey only with that smell mileage is about 67000 i think i was asking you fellas if it could be that ie burning oil or coolant

every day for more that 20kms forgot to mention that in addition to the smell there is a very thin flow of grey smoke its visible if stand near the exhaust

fellas thks for the advices, Retepetsir good one from you and i did a o2 diagnosis and the ecu gives a ok i still cant understand why would a cat give that smell. could it be that i burning oil or coolant or valve seal or piston rings worn out or something of that sort

hi fellas had some query if anybody can explain will the fuel consumption increase if i change my cg10de throttle body to that of a ga15de and fitted with a intake induction kit how can i adjust a ideal fuel mixture and what should the consumption be in a k11 cg10de

Nex it fits ok everything works fine but i wanted to wire the gear shift light in the panel (N-CVT,Ds,D,N,R,P)but i dont know where to pick those signals from, i think it should come from the gearbox when i checked my gearbox it had only four wires and 2 for O/drive any ideas

solved my late start problem it was the valve that is inbuilt the pump change the pump and its tip starting thanks for the ideas fellas
