I reckon it is the wheel bearing as it sounds very similar to examples on YouTube, one thing I wanted to do was give the wheel a wiggle when it was off the ground but I jacked it up from the other side and didn't have time to test..

Hello everyone, first post here. So I've had my '99 inspiration for about 7 months now and has been a great first car to get me where I need to go, one issue I am coming across now is this loud sound (video attached going 30-40mph) that gets very loud around around 60. Now I do know these cars...
