I tried swapping the bulb first, both work fine in the drivers side, but the passenger side exposes the problem. :( I've seen fuses for left/right but not high/low. I'll double check. I suppose it's likely that if the plug got melted, the same issue might have blown the fuse. Cheers.

As above really, I'm changing my CV joint on Sat, wondering if ratchet strapping the driveshaft in tight/snug to the engine to stop me pulling it from the gearbox damage anything?

Already had a look at the fluid levels, filters and the oil and it clearly had a service very recently. They look new haha. Will give it a full check over on Saturday when I can get it in my Dad's workshop and pull the plugs to see if they were replaced but oil and filters were definitely done...

Wow lots of information there, cheers that's great. :) Can it be done without removing the headlining? Looks like it will be worth replacing the seal at the same time, mine is all green and scuzzy.
