Hi there, My front wiper motor blows fuses if I try to switch it on from the steering column. I suspect the brushes may have gone. Is this the right place to ask if anyone's got a spare motor for sale please? Regards, Matt

If I didn't already report back on this, the rattle seemed to be coming from un-lubricated valve gear. The noises went away after driving it around for about a week. I suspect I was using too thick engine oil, not really sure. The noise came back again for a while after another oil change...
