Hi all, I have broken the small fitting on the master cylinder. It is the pipe that runs to the intake manifold. Can this be replaced separately??? Thanks

Thanks for the advice, I haven't worked with an auto box before so not too sure of the best way of doing it. Did you take the driveshafts out completely or did you just loosen the suspension components?

Hi, I am changing the engine on my 2000 1.0l auto. Is the best way to remove engine and gearbox to change them over or is it possible to disconnect the box from the engine and lift the engine out on its own like with the manual boxes??? Thanks Jonny

Hi frank, it is a distributor engine, developed a really bad knock from what sounds like the centre of the block. A friend has a mot failure with a good engine and i was just going to swap them over.

Hi, I am going to replace the engine in a 1.0l auto 2000 micra. It is an automatic but what I would like to know is will a 1.0l manual fit to a 1.0l auto gearbox? I want to just source any engine instead of an engine with automatic gear box. thanks Jonny

Yeah its bad, I think I'm going to give it a go repairing it as I have got the lend of a wielder. I just need to get a picture of the original shape around the petrol filler pipe.

Hi , everyone. This is my first time on this forum, we have been given a 2001 K11 Micra 1.0 for my wife to learn to drive in. It has a years tax and mot but i have noticed a lot of rot around the filler neck in the wheel arch. Any ideas if this would be a simple enough DIY fix to get it through...
