Is the throttle body and injectors the same Frank? The reason i'm swapping the engine and box is the box on the 1.0 is knackered. Sorry to keep asking, but with a nipper due in a week, i'm pressed for time! If you could list what I need to swap to get the 1.3 into the 1.0, keeping the 1.3 box...

I wouldnt be spending huge monies on the build, so a piece of flat steel, some matching tube, a bad of weld and a lick of paint will suffice!

Without sounding rude, you've changed a wishbone without knowing what a suspension bush is. If you kept doing this, you'd be wasting money that could be spent in a garage! The MOT will pick up any failings with suspension. If it doesnt fail on them, they will advise them. Mention it when its in...

Had a few crank oil seals go, contaminating the brushes. The transmission place is correct though, they can, but not always be very expensive to fix, and I wouldnt even consider a used box.

Think the very very early eGT and 2.0slx didn't use Nats. Think I may try bike carbs on the CG first, there is alot of knowledge out there on them now, and I think a Bare K11 1300 on carbs, Janspeed manifold and exhaust may be quite fun!

Yep, you can clearly see that the very top is slightly out of line to the rest of the shaft below the cut-out. Just find a used shaft.

I hear you on the sr16ve! I'll keep my eye out for a rusty sri I think and go from there. Or may just bang a set of bike carbs on the CG engine and have some fun! No idea what power it would run, but would sound good!
