Believe me autotesting is hard work with no power steering. I saw that thread as soon as I posted mine, it was in general discussion so i missed it... Apologies! I am really after a step by step guide though.

Ive been told power steering can be fitted to the K10... If so what car does it come from, and is there any guides? Thanks

Im sure it depends on tyre width aswell... Its a 175 45 14 i was going to replace the originals with... Any thoughts on how much this would hinder acceleration?

I uze my K10 Micra for autotesting... I was thinking of fitting 14inch alloys instead of the 12inch steels. Will i restrict the sharp acceleration if i do this?

Why would you want to uze the 5w30 over the 10w40?

Disconnected the sensor at the MAF... Car runs dead on now! But engine management light is now on. Will it do any harm leaving this disconnected?

so its more than likely fuel pump or MAF? Would these both show up as faults on a code reader?

guy i bought it off said there were no fault codes but havent actually checked for myself yet! Never thought of fuel pump! has no one had a similar problem?

I have a 01 micra with 1litre engine. Car starts fine but doesnt rev up through the rev range. It will just stop reving when i boot it. I can get up speed gradually by touching the throttle. Any one else experienced this? Thanks
