Throw out bearing worn?

Hey,
I have a P(1997) 1.0L Micra, and it's started making quite a high pitched squeal/sqeak when driving. It's quite hard to say when it's happening, but it seems to be when the clutch is engaged. It was making the noise down a hill, and as soon as I depressed the clutch, the noise vanished. It also seems to be louder when accelerating.

My Haynes manual points to it being a worn input shaft bearing (is this the throw out bearing?). Do you reckon this is it, or could it possibly be something else?
If so, any ideas on price for parts/labour.

Thanks
