sump seal blown

i built a turbo on my micra but now the second time i've blown my sump seal out.
This is because of to much pressure.
How can i solve this problem?

There is pressure getting in to the sump. A couple of things can cause this

1. The piston rings are not up to the job of handling the pressure & its going past them & into the sump

2. Check to make sure the pcv valve is not jammed open. If the valve is plumbed into its original location in the manifold, then when the manifold is full of pressure it will go past the pcv valve & into the engine.

and where can i find this pcv valve. i looked everywhere. how does it look like?
