Partial misfire, unstable rev counter?

I have a K11 1.0 16v, and have noticed that on level road, even throttle the car tends to hesitate, along with this the rev counter becomes a little erratic, jumping up about 500-700 rpm. No problems under heavy load, and only occurs when warm,
any ideas or suggestions? Sounds electrical to me.

ok will get it tested this week. Hopefully it'll be something simple.
