Hi I have just got a Jun ultralight flywheel, is this a job that can be done with some enthusiasm and a haynes or what would a garage charge to do it? What else should I replace while its all apart?
Any advice is welcome.

You have to drop the gearbox. I would change the clutch and maybe the rear main seal while I was at it. You need basic tools and a clutch alignment tool. Probably at least 4 to 5 hours labour on the changeover so whatever the labour costs, might take longer if you get the clutch and seal done.

If you get a shop to do just the flywheel swap, with no replacing of seals it should be no more then 2hours work, plus if you want the new transmission oil put in also, best bet is wait til your clutch is fried before doing it I reckon
