How do I paint the headlights?

I've seen people paint the inside of their headlights black which looks rather suave. But how can i do this myself. Does anyone know if it's hard to do, do i need new lights, a specific type of paint??? Think it'll look good with the open mouth grill and GTR badge

Doing a search usualy brings alot up. Its quiet simple.

What i usualy do it:

1. Remove the light from the car
2. Remove the bulbs and the clips (there are 4)
3. Stick them in an oven (this is for the glue to soften). By prying GENTLY between the glass and plastic, see if the glue is soft enough to split.
4. Once soft enough, remove the glass and place aside.
5. Mask out the area you dont want painted. This is the main bulb area.
6. Coat of primer, then a couple coats of black.
7. Once dry, put back in oven to let the glue soften again (in with the glass). Once soft enough. Squeeze getnly back together, applying the clips
8. Replace bulbs and put back in car.
9. Admire your work (most important step, dont forget it!)

Other people might so it different ways, this is how i did it. Worked everytime (Y)
