Both coolant temp sensors for sale. 1pin gauge sensor and 2pin ECU sensor. Both brand new never been fitted, bought from Euro Car Parts last week but are no longer needed. £10 each plus post

Do you know, when i start my car after couple mins temp gauge goes straight to top and past the red mark....reckon it could be either of these?

Could be a faulty sensor yes

Do your heaters blow out hot jonny?

I will have to check im not sure as car is off the road ive never used it yet tbh. Ill check today

If there is an airlock, coolant will not circulate and the car will overheat.

Best way to check is to see if you have heating or not. Check your coolant levels too in the expansion tank AND the rad

Ok will do. Ill do it sometime today, i dont think the radiator level or the coolant goes does tbh as i think i checked them before, but ill let it run for a while see if the heaters work
