Damp starting problem

Hi All, This morning my k11 1998 wouldn't start at all, the engine was rotating, the lights worked and the engine sounded like it wanted to start! Thinking it may be damp I sprayed on damp start on all the electrical aroung the igiation aera then left it to work. About half an hour later I turned to eye again & it worked I started with ease, I went for a long drive & now put my k11 back in the garage. The Question is do I have to spray damp start on the car every morning during damp weather just to start the car or is there another way!!!! My k11 stays in a locked garage at night however the garage itself is situated in a underground locked garage aera which does have a damp problem but since October last year when I bought the car it started first time everytime with no problem. I can keep a can of WD40 in the boot what else could have been?

Thank you Peter0003
