i have a 98 micra sr. it has nats keys with separate nats keypad to open and close the doors, i wanted to put a ga16 engine in with cg13 gearbox and shafts if i put the ga16 ecu in will that remove the nats?

i was wondering if i could put a ga16 bottom end on my cg13 and keep the head of the 1.3 along with the inlet and throttle body of the 1.3 can i use the micra gearbox clutch flywheel and ecu?
