My Micra blew the distributor...well I did it by pressure washer aiming on it so the dilema is new and imitation or used and unknown mileage,genuine is not an option because I must sell the car to buy it.

Back again after 8 years without a Micra.Got a gx 5 door and loving it,remind me me of my previous one.I think I will never ride that German piece of crap again!

I fitted an omp upper sb 4 months before i sell it.I noticed a better handling,but when i throw the koni's it turned out amazing!I was interested on the coils but i sold it so...don't know if really works!I'll post a picture of mine sometime to show you the simillarities.About the noise...

Dear Jaylaw17,this is a common problem on micra's.Mine had over 200000 kms when it did it.The solution is to replace the throttle body,which is quite expensive as genuine,so you should search for a used recalebrated or an imitation one which i.m.o is the best because it is of the same factory...

a litlle bit of expensive repair!it surely is about electricity.moisture can cause that kind of mess.take it at a nissan diagnostic,if distributor damaged is written in the ecu so it can be fount by the diagnostic.

you should change the entire shaft.its pretty easy,i did that myself.take the wheel off,take the king pin off,take the bottom end of the shock off and pull the shaft.firstly dry the gear box oil so you dont need to throw it away,you can use the same.when pulling the shaft stick gently a flat...
