My March Superturbo is back in Australia

Mate I love that you're still posting in here. I came to find out some details about a meet I did over 10 years ago and to see this thread has made my day. I also sometimes find myself here reading something technical and find that I answered my own question... over a decade ago. :D Nice to...

    FS: 1996 Super-S - Ex-evade

For Sale: 1996 Micra Super-S Hey Guys, I’m finally back from Europe and I need to sell my beloved Super-S after it’s been kept in the capable hands of my father while I’ve been overseas for the past couple of years. I bought this from Evade back in 2008 (see...

My sr20 micra so far :)

Amazing! Just read though the build on the Almera forum. Love seeing builds like this. I also love the video of the gauge cluster falling back under the sheer power. You need a gopro or some way to mount your camera/phone so you don't have to hold onto it :P Nice work. ---dens

    K11 plastics

Personally I'd say the old "tell him he's dreamin'", but I suppose items are only worth what someone's willing to pay - If they were new-old-stock, then I'd understand the prices but if you're willing to pay that much for almost 20 year old plastics, power to you! :) ---dens

    Haltech 1000

Indeed - though I never wired up a stepper motor to mine and it idled/idles fine. Also, don't get an 8860 unless you're planning on moving the ECU someday to a V8 as you don't need the sequential ignition/injection it offers. Get a 4860 instead if you're wanting to do the EMS route. Unless...

    URGENT PART SALE!

Thread cleaned up. If you don't have something nice to say, don't say it at all. Thanks. ---dens

    Super S in Ringwood, Melbourne

SLX doesn't have the ABS module and it would be a pain and unnecessary venture to try and fit it to the SLX. You'll need the handbrake cables and the rear axle itself, including the brake setup, and the rest of the bits attached to the axle except suspension components, which are a...

The DIY turbo build thread - Page 4

Nice work mate :) Glad to see the build is coming along strong. If you need any assistance with the Stinger just send me a PM. Keep it up! ---dens

    external coil fitting tomorrow

You might be better off putting it up in a separate thread, maybe with some photos of it ;) Edit: Sorry, didn't see your other thread! Goodluck with the sale :) ---dens

    255 fuel pump

Did the same with the Walbro GSS341 I put into my LX. Plug and play (effectively, just soldering the K11 plug to the +/- tails). Use standard fuel pump fuse (10A from memory) and that's it. I had a Bosch 040 but decided it was overkill for my setup. You shouldn't have any issues. ---dens

    One less in the Garage.

Sad to hear, Mychael. I remember you giving a few of the members a ride in ol' Family Hack when we did a cruise many years ago.. made me remember why I wanted to turbo my K11 in the first place. All you can do is put it out of your mind and move on I suppose. My folks traded in a GU Patrol 5...

    Need help/advise

99% likely to be the polarity. The LEDs simply won't light up if you've got positive and negative the wrong way around. The best way to get them right is just via trial and error since the little LEDs aren't often marked. You can just pull the LED and the holder out of where you plugged it in...

    My 1996 Micra Race Car

We never got the facelifted K11 - only the pre-facelift K11 so those lights wouldn't fit ours unless changing the bonnet, front guards and possibly bumper too. Looks great by the way :) What plans do you have for it? ---dens

Fs: 1995 Nissan Micra k11 with plenty of mods.

Good price. The rear wing looks like the optional LX hatch wing. They're pretty common but they're probably my favourite style, much more than the Super-S one. Good luck with the sale. ---dens

FS: Flares, Fuel Pump, Extractors, HIDs and more!

Preface: It's my last day of work today and I've been fed many drinks by my colleagues. I don't condone the behaviour but the following may have a spelling error. The flares micra-specific. :) They're designed for the K11. The only thing I haven't checked is if they're to suit LX/SLX or Super-S...

FS: Flares, Fuel Pump, Extractors, HIDs and more!

First post has been updated. Fuel pump has been sold. Flares, HID kit and boost controller still up for grabs! More to come soon very likely as I sort through all my stuff after moving house. ---dens

    My build thread...

Nope, it won't be. I have individual coils and a 4-coil ignitor module sitting around because to get them working would've meant setting up a separate sync signal because the standard CAS in the K11 dizzy only provides a trigger/ref signal, once the 5th hole is covered up. The plan is to do it...
