apparently the ct9 and ct12 use the same manifold flanges. I already had all the flanges for made up for the ct9. If I decided to switch later it shouldnt be too much hassle.

yeah I have a ct9 at home here, its off a starlet 4EFTE (1.3) . just wondering if I should go with the ct12 instead?

Thanks frank for the info. is the only difference between the 1.3 and late 1.0 weight? will a 1.3 flywheel fit or is the dish offset different? the reason I asked is nissan has quoted me 4 different prices for a march 30A flywheel. Just looking for the cheapest route.

Well, my 41A is on its way out and Im going to be replacing it with a 30A box from a 1.0l facelift. Are there any major differences between the 30A that is used in a 1.3 and facelift 1.0? can I use the 1.3 flywheel with this box? thanks guys

yes it can. I converted my cvt to 41A about a year ago with no problems.
