    Need some explaining about corsa pistons in a cga3 with cg head

    This is the route I took CGA3de bored to 72.5mm with vaux corsa 1.4 net pistons. CGA3 rods and crank. Pistons need machining so conrod goes in between for gudgin pin. also made them fully floating The block was decked about 1 mm. I have 73 mm head gasket 1.2 mm thick from Matt Humphies.

    Hi! I have a CGA3de engine and I have been looking for a valve cover to fit my engine. I need one that the breather outlets on the end are 90 deg and not straight' I am sure there one out there somewhere and hope some will be able to help. Thanks for reading Paul

    It been a long time since I worked on one, I do not believe you will need parts just remove gearbox then remove the clutch arm and spindle from the bell housing. I believe it uses plastic bushes. What happens is the alloy corrodes and exspands and the shaft rust within the bush. Just strip down...

    I reckon the clutch arm that goes through the gearbox will be seized in the bushes, Gear box out job I reckon. If the cable is disconnected from gearbox end the arm still stiff or wont move defo seized.

    Hi! My name is Paul and I am a new member on this forum. I have come to seek information from this fountain of experience . What I would like to know is can a 1.3 K12 engine bolt up to K11 cg13 gearbox?. Will the valve cover from the cg engine fit the CR engine?. Thanks
