swapping the ignition coil has moved the misfire from cylinder 4 to cylinder 1. and because the micra ECU seems to store its codes it has probably stored the P0304 and the P0301 and that is what threw the P0300. chances are a code clear and a set of ignition coils will fix your issue

135cc's per minute if I recall correctly. please fact check me if I'm wrong. not too sure on the deadtime specs are and at the varying voltages though.
