Hi peeps, just a quick question... how easy is it to replace my K11 driver side window glass? i need to replace the window glass and dont know how difficult it is to remove the old glass and put a new one in?? wondering if someone could help me with this, many thanks!

I am intending to get a full service done on my 1.0L micra soon, while sourcing around for a reputable garage, one told me that he's using 10W-40 Morris oil (from shrewsbury??)?? has anyone come across this engine oil? and if yes, how good are they on engines?? thanks!
