Where can i find the rear fog light relay? Previous owner had connected the cooling fan to the rear fog light switch, i made a own harness and a switch for the fan, And connected the fog light back to the switch. i have power to the switch but not power to the fog light.

Just bought this car and started to fix the problems to restore it's beauty. Noticed yesterday it has a pretty big coolant leak. Right behind the water pump(i assume) there is that pipe that connects the lower radiator hose to the engine. It seems to be leaking between that pipe and the engine...
