What would be involved in fitting the 1.6 injectors, throttle body and ECU to a 1.0L? And would there be any noticable performance gains?

Get it lowered! Makes a massive differance, one of the best mods for the money.

Cheers for that info guys, so it looks like I have alot of options... I really dont want to change the car, but the idea of putting a 1.3 in sounds more likely, or would a 1.6 be worth it? i know new mounts would have to be welded etc. is there a big difference between the 1.0 and 1.3...
