I replaced the battery last week as thought it was battery problems! Not changed the fob battery yet but it works ok

It still won't lock When the catch is disconnected though. I am assuming because it needs replacing?

Thank you :) so if I just disconnect the boot catch for now that should at least stop the battery draining?

It does work when unlocked but can jam. Sometimes won't open takes about 10 attempts!

I have a 2003 micra with some problems. It rarely locks. Constantly says a door is open. We have changed the door sensors to no avail. It sometimes does go off whilst driving sometimes for 5 'minutes but often or not just 5 seconds. The interior light has been disconnect but the battery is...
