frank i hate to tell you this but this car doesnt have nats :) its driving me nuts. its a jdm import with a normal metal key which im guessing isnt even the original key.

hello guys! just as the title says the injectors are not getting a pulse signal. the injectors get constant 12v, theres spark, theres fuel at the rail but the car isnt starting. ive checked fuses and relays, i still cant figure out what the problem is. any help is appreciated! thanks.
