Hi,
i think 115 'buy it now' is a bit steep! these come up fairly often, box-fresh, for 60-80 quid.
here's an offer, i'll give you 25 quid just for the black wheel arches.
Cheers,

sounds very off-putting & potentially dangerous!:wow:
i had this a couple of times, but over the course of a few years of ownership!
it happened after stalling & restarting quickly in flowing traffic. Then afterwards, the engine was momentarily limited to ~2000 revs.
for me, i think i...
you've done a stand-out job on that! no doubt that work's really well.
i'm so keen to do this mod
what have you used for the polished metal trumpet? sorry i've got no idea!
cheers!

cool! good job. would be nice to see some installation pics if you have any.
Did you hack a hole into the existing airbox to attach the new intake feed, or use the previous entry point?
i was thinking of keeping the old intake as is, but modding the airbox to accept a second intake...
it could be a wheel bearing failing. one of mine started to go on a rear wheel.
Do the vibrations lessen/worsen if you swerve left-to-right as you drive?
or you could take it to nissan and moan? that 's what i did!
i made my (shouty) case to my west london dealership, saying that the component had failed catastrophically, on a car - only just out of its 3 year warranty - with only 25000 miles on the clock.
they suggested i get it fixed...
i like your intake setup! any good ?
looks like you've pulled the standard airbox out, and moved the battery back? is that right?
what's the little black rubber tube running into the filter cone?
the P1 is the 1st dealership check... usually done one year or so (10,000+miles) after when the cars have left the forecourt. why have you taken your car back to the dealership after 5 years? given that you're outside the 3year original warranty, you should just get your car MOT'd in a local...
yeah man, that's the norm. these k12 micras have smaller renault parts, electric and the like. so that aspect is poor. you might notice that the windows vibrate loudly if they're held half down.
small details point to a poor package you might say, but actually these cars are really decent...
DITO !! this is the most annoying characteristic of my K12 SR car.
yes it is exaccerbated by road camber, but i've had my realigned, tweaked, balanced whatever... twice .. almost no improvement. note: My car hasn't been pranged.
I changed my tyres first, and then moved the wheels around...
