Sorted the problem. Replaced the fuel injection rail with a 2nd hand unit. Starts first time every time now.

Hope someone can help. My 99 V Micra 1.0 struggles to start, mainly when warm, but not brilliant even from cold. It turns over fine and always eventually catches, but with a resultant smell of petrol and some smoke. Once started it runs fine. The garage have tried to fix it but nothing has made...
